I also love the quote you shared, especially the idea of not living in the past or the possible future. For me, peace lies in recognizing the physical state of "rather than living in the past and the possible future." I notice I lose presence when I slip into judgment.

seconded! I got a pup 3 months into a 6 mo recovery from burnout. There were 2 times that my health came back with a significant turn: swimming and getting a puppy. I highly recommend :)
